Support our new short film project, Love & Zombies
We currently have another short film project in development, Love & Zombies. It’s a comedy about two friends trying to work through relationships in the post-apocalypse. We are planning to film it on a farm somewhere near Dubbo, with the private launch screening planned for September 2021. We hope to screen it locally at the 2021 Dubbo Filmmakers One Eye Film Festival and then to submit it to film festivals around the world.
Zoe has a dilemma – does Brad love her for her, or because she chopped his leg off to save his life? Beth, her best friend, doesn’t know what Zoe’s problem is because a) Brad adores her and b) dating in the time of the undead is tricky enough without over thinking it. Join Zoe and Beth on a supply run as they explore love, romance, tinned fruit and zombie-killing etiquette.
We expect to have Love and Zombies finished for an exclusive supporter screening by September, 2021, before submitting it to film festivals around the world. There are 3 supporter tiers, with all supporters invited to the supporter screening. See below for a description of each level. All funds from supporters will go directly to the production of the film including travel, costumes, equipment and catering.
